The effective process teaching/learning, where, teacher and student are relevant entities, here, the teacher builds in every student a meaningful learning.
An effective teacher creates a beneficial- optimal environment to teach
within the classroom, he outlines the rules, monitors the student´s behaviour,
make use of methods and strategies according to the student´s
needs.
For the teacher it´s a challenge to teach to
students no interested in learning.
